Nekesa T. Echols
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Alfa & Omega Solutions, LLC is a new business that was originally organized in 2024 as a Logistics, Administrative, and Engineering & Technical Services company. Mrs. Nekesa T. Echols, a Native American, and a United States Disabled Veteran from Huntsville, Alabama. Mrs. Echols served in the 115th Signal BN of the United States National Guard, and also completed a toured in Iraq (Operation Iraq Freedom and Enduring Iraq Freedom). Her responsibilities (concentration) included Communications.
Mrs. Echols, determined to succeed, was serving in the National Guard, attending college and running her business, and obtaining her business goals. Upon returning from Iraq, Mrs. Echols (while rehabilitating from her injuries) was awarded the combat action badge for her devoted service, revisited the focus and mission of the company. With her dedicated focus on her company decided to expand into a more comprehensive approach of Logistical, Administrative, Engineering & Technical services, thus came Alfa & Omega Solutions, LLC, an organization devoted to providing professionalism and a quality product, adding Engineering & Technical Services, Logistical and Distribution Services, Administrative Support Service to her portfolio. Alfa & Omega Solutions, LLC certifications include United States Small Business Association (SBA) Department of Transportation Certification, Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Certification, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVO) Alfa & Omega Solutions, LLC is currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAMS).

A confident and accomplished leader in the business, engineering and utilities industry with extensive hands-on experience supporting organizational goals through the effective motivation of internal teams while leading engineering projects, managing process streamlining initiatives, and implementing new technologies and activities. I am accomplished at increasing profits and reducing waste by utilizing engineering, and business skills to help organizations operate efficiently, and reach their organizational goals as outlined in their organization’s vision and mission.

Dr. Sampson Gholston
In Industrial and Systems Engineering and over 25 years of experience applying industrial engineering for industrial, government, nonprofit, and educational organizations. Most of Dr. Gholston’s experience has been in applying quality engineering techniques such as applied statistics, statistical quality control, and Lean Six Sigma to help organizations reduce costs and improve performance.
He holds several certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black. He is an Accredited Trainer for the International Association for Six Sigma Certification and has trained several hundred Lean Six Sigma Green Belts, over 30 Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, and about 4 Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts. Dr. Gholston is also an expert in assessing and improving organizational performance. He is currently a Senior Examiner for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Award and a Master Examiner for the Sterling/Oglethorpe Performance Excellence Award. He also has experience with General Motors as a Supplier Quality Engineer.
